Bookings
Auction bookings can either be made by you or your livestock agent.
Please note that we have limited slots available per day so book your auction asap to avoid disappointment.
There are two separate booking forms that need to be completed. The Agency Booking form and the Farmer booking form. Both booking forms have to be completed
Unfortunately Agents cannot complete the Farmer booking form on your behalf for the following reasons:
1) Communication. We might need to communicate additional services, discuss possible issues that may arise, answer any questions that you have.
2) Accuracy. We need to make sure that both you and the agent have provided similar information regarding the selected auction type, pricing, marketing package etc.
3) Legal. Our terms and conditions need to be accepted by the both you and the agency.
4) We would need to make contact with you to arrange internet services for Auction day.
Multiple Sellers? At least one seller must complete the booking form although all seller’s completing the booking form is preferred.
Invoices & Payments
Two invoices are sent per auction.
Kindly note that once booked you will be charged R15,000 ex VAT for SwiftVEE to upload your auction / start marketing / assist bidders with registration.
After the auction, you will receive the second invoice based on the SwiftVEE pricelist: https://www.swiftvee.com/pricing_2023 , less the R15,000 ex VAT already paid.
Travel will be charged at AA rates.
Please use your invoice reference when making payment. If we do not know where to allocate the payment your auction will not be worked on as the invoice will remain outstanding and you might lose valuable marketing time for your auction.
Cancellations
These things happen. Please let us know as soon as possible should an auction be cancelled. Just like you, we incur actual expenses when working on an online auction, not to mention the hard work the team has already put in. Please make sure that you understand our cancellation policy before pulling the plug.
