Auction Day

What to expect

On the morning of the auction the SwiftVEE team representative will arrive at your auction to set-up for the day.

You need to provide the following:

1) A space for us to put up our table with a good view of the ring and auctioneer

2) A Power point

3) Generator if there is a possibility of a power outage

We will do the following: set up televisions, sound and video equipment, whereafter we will do a sound and visual test with the internal SwiftVEE team at home (support team).

Camera angles will depend on the venue and the lighting. We do try to give bidder’s at home the best possible unobstructed view of the animals in the ring.

The support team will before and throughout the auction assist online bidders, monitor the sound and feed of the webcast and communicate with your livestock agent regarding late registrations if needed.

Auction day requirements

How you can assist to ensure a successful auction:

Auction Changes: You or your livestock agency should communicate any withdrawals, lot changes or other auction changes to the SwiftVee team as soon as possible.

Please note no changes to photos or videos | new uploads can be done on auction day.

Registrations: Your livestock agency should continuously monitor the registration sheet for new registrations.

Online Livestock Insurance

VeeSure (SwiftVEE and Old Mutual Insure) is a new quick, convenient and easy to use stud animal and single transit insurance solution and will be available to Online Bidders on the day of the Auction.
