What to expect and what we need from you:

Depending on the auction package that you have chosen, your auction’s marketing will receive the relevant campaign. All auctions will automatically receive the standard marketing campaign. Auctions that are booked as Gold or Platinum auction packages will receive extra marketing op top of the standard campaign dependent on the auction’s package.

The most crucial elements to provide to us are your auction poster and an indication of the top 6 lots (when lot photos/videos are uploaded). The earlier you provide us with them, the more effective your marketing campaign.

Standard Marketing Campaign

  • 4 Posts on Instagram and Facebook, scheduled at times to reach thousands of followers.

    Requirements: Auction poster / Top 6 lot photos / Promotional video (If available).

  • 2 Emails sent to the SwiftVEE client base. Targeted marketing at its very best.

    Requirements: Auction Poster / Promo video / Top 6 lot photos / Catalogue

  • A WhatsApp invite to the auction (Afr & Eng) provided to agent and farmer. Spread the word!

    Requirements: Cellphone numbers of assigned Agent | Seller.

  • Statistics report of the auction results after the auction has ended.

    Requirements: Email addresses of recipients.

Gold Marketing Campaign

  • 4 Posts on Instagram and Facebook, scheduled at times to reach thousands of followers.

    Requirements: Auction poster / Top 6 lot photos / Promotional video (If available).

  • 3 Emails sent to the SwiftVEE client base. Targeted marketing at its very best. Your have the option to customise one of the emails.

    Requirements: Auction Poster / Promo video / Top 6 lot photos / Catalogue

  • A WhatsApp invite to the auction (Afr & Eng) provided to agent and farmer. Spread the word!

    Requirements: Cellphone numbers of assigned Agent | Seller.

  • Statistics report of the auction results after the auction has ended.

    Requirements: Email addresses of recipients.

  • We create a video showing the top lot selection from the material provided.

    Requirements: Top 6 lot selection. When your lot photos or videos are loaded, please notify us about your selection.

  • We load a blog post onto SwiftVEE News showcasing your auction, stud history, and anything that you would like to add.

    Requirements: Your completion of the blog questionnaire, that will be sent to you.

  • Receive a sponsored Facebook post ad (Targeted audience, running over a period of time). The post with reach a wider audience than our immediate social media followers.

    Requirements: Auction poster / Promo video / Top 6 lot photos

Platinum Marketing Campaign

  • 4 Posts on Instagram and Facebook, scheduled at times to reach thousands of followers.

    Requirements: Auction poster / Top 6 lot photos / Promotional video (If available).

  • 4 Emails sent to the SwiftVEE client base. Targeted marketing at its very best. You have the option to customise 2 of the emails.

    Requirements: Auction Poster / Promo video / Top 6 lot photos / Catalogue

  • A WhatsApp invite to the auction (Afr & Eng) provided to agent and farmer. Spread the word!

    Requirements: Cellphone numbers of assigned Agent | Seller.

  • Statistics report of the auction results after the auction has ended.

    Requirements: Email addresses of recipients.

  • We create a video showing the top lot selection from the material provided.

    Requirements: Top 6 lot selection. When your lot photos or videos are loaded, please notify us about your selection.

  • We load a blog post onto SwiftVEE News showcasing your auction, stud history, and anything that you would like to add.

    Requirements: Your completion of the blog questionnaire, that will be sent to you.

  • We launch a paid social media ad campaign to a wider audience leading up to the audience. We will send you the results of the campaign when it concludes.

    Requirements: Auction poster / Promo video / Top 6 lot photos / videos

  • Your auction will feature on SwiftVEE's Facebook Cover, as well as at the top of our platform for one week.

    Requirements: Your choice of week

  • Receive a video of your auction results to showcase the success of your auction.

    Requirements: Email addresses of relevant parties.

SwiftVEE will create an online catalogue for your upcoming auction. The online catalogue will showcase up to 30 stud animal lots and you will have the option to add more lots at a fee. Lot Photos and links to lot videos need to be provided as soon as possible in order to most effectively create the online catalogue.

Incorporate silent auctioning with a webcast or studio auction and enable bidders to place bids before the auctions start date. An excellent add on if you are concerned that power outages or other factors might prevent bidding once the auction has started.

You will receive a video recording of your full auction for you to use to market your auction and showcase the success of your auction. Please note that we do not give out videos for disputes. You can take a look at the facebook stream or contact us directly for more information.

With this add on, you will receive a custom made video showcasing the top results from your auction. Showcase the succes of your auction so future bidders can be on the lookout for your next one. The auction results videos are delivered within 7 days after the auction.
