Registrations

Online Bidder Registrations

Certain requirements need to be met for a registrant to be approved to bid. Similar to physical auction registrations - it is each livestock agency’s responsibility to make sure that the bidder has been properly vetted (FICA’d) before they are allowed to partake in the auction. No person will be allowed to bid on an auction unless the instruction is received by the livestock agency.

Furthermore each approved registrant agrees to the livestock agent’s terms and conditions of sale. Similar to physical auction registrants - should any disputes arise the matter must be settled between the livestock agent and the approved bidder.

Decline, Suspend, Report

Not all registrants will be approved. Here are your livestock agent’s options:

Decline - should a registrant fail to provide the required FICA documentation / information / deposit payments your livestock agency may decide not to approve a registrant.

Suspend - once a person is approved to bid they will be able to participate in the auction. The only way to stop a person from bidding is to suspend their account. Please note that the bidder will be notified of the change in status and might contact your livestock agent for an explanation.

Report - We care about your auction and our livestock agencies. If any dispute arises between yourself and an online bidder please report the incident to us. We will assist in providing you with any required information. On advice from our livestock agencies and should we deem it necessary, we will disable a bidder from using our platform to participate in any future auctions.
