1. Introduce yourself

Hi I am Hanru Strydom from Lentegeur Wildlife.

2. Tell us more about your upcoming auction's offering.

Our auction provides breeding stock of wildlife species that are high in demand by the hunting industry. We provide quick-growing species to produce rams and bulls for the demand in South Africa.

3. Which auction lots should people be on the lookout for and why?

The Impala variants are a no-brainer to breed. Very low input costs with rams in high demand, Common R3000, Black R12 000, White R15 000, Saddleback R18 000, and Dapple - No set hunting value yet but even at Common prices, they will be profitable!

4. What is your breeding policy, and why?

To produce species that have males that are fully marketable at 2.5 years - 3 years.

5. Give us some history regarding your stud.

The animals we produce supply the outfitters in the Limpopo Province. The hunting demand that we cater to is the driving force to what species we focus on producing.

6. Anything else you would like to share?

All the rams and bulls produced from the species on the auction, we will always want to buy back from the breeder for our 5700ha hunting reserve.
