The SwiftVEE Auction team will attend your auction to livestream the auction to the platform. Online bidders see the live feed from the auction, as well as additional info on the lots and bid in real-time.
INCLUDED IN A WEBCAST AUCTION:
SwiftVEE platform to facilitate online bidding (Desktop and Mobile via the SwiftVEE App).
Live webcast of the auction onto the SwiftVEE platform.
Uploading of up to 150 auction lots and sale terms and conditions to the SwiftVEE Platform. Each lot after 150 will be charged at R15.00 (VAT excl.) per lot.
Uploading of Agent Approved bidders onto the system.
SwiftVEE representative(s) attending the auction.
Screens displaying the online bids at the auction.
Network Set-up: most venues are covered by our standard setup. Should the venue require additional network structures there will be an added charge of up to R 2500.00 (VAT Excl.)

Incorporate silent auctioning with a webcast auction and enable bidders to place bids before the auction start date. An excellent add on if you are concerned that power outages or other factors might prevent bidding once the auction has started.

With this add-on, you will receive a custom made video showcasing the top results from your auction. Showcase the success of your auction so future bidders can be on the lookout for your next one. The auction results videos are delivered within 7 days after the auction.

Feature Your Auction
With the Platinum package, your auction will be featured on two of SwiftVee’s platforms. Your auction will be featured on SwiftVee’s Facebook cover picture, which is visible to more than 9000 people. Your auction will be on the cover photo for a week of your choosing.
You can also choose a week where your auction will be one of the first auctions featured on the Online Auctions page on SwiftVEE’s website. Give your auction the special attention it deserves by having it be the first auction buyers see when looking for online auctions to participate in.
Promotional Videos
Videos are proven to be extremely engaging, so having a promotional one for your auction will be very beneficial. A promotional video will give your auction an edge when it comes to digital marketing.
We will use your lot photos/videos and any other material provided to us to create a video that will take your digital marketing campaign to the next level.
1 x amendment to the video is included at no extra charge. Further changes are charged at R250 per amendment.
Social Media Posting
With Social Media Posting, your auction will be marketed to thousands of followers on SwiftVEE’s Facebook and Instagram Pages. Your auction will have a steady flow of social media marketing leading up to the auction.
Increase your auction’s visibility online to promote interest in your auction and ensure a large number of registrations / physical attendance come auction day.
Boosted Posts
A boosted post is a form of digital advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Where a normal post is seen by your page followers, a boosted post is a paid advertisement shown to a bigger audience. These posts are also targeted. This means that your auction will be shown to people who are most likely to be interested in livestock auctions, your type of auction, and/or type of breed up for sale.
The Gold package provides you with a boosted post, but you can add more at R200 per boost to keep your posts visible to a larger targeted audience.
Blog Posts
With one of our blog posts, your auction and/or farm will be featured on SwiftVEE News on the SwiftVEE website, which is visited by thousands of people.
Tell your story. We put you in control by allowing you to provide the content when answering our preset questions about your farm and auction.
By promoting your farm and by providing valuable information on available lots you can potentially transform interested parties into active buyers come auction day.
Facebook Event Creation
Facebook events is a crucial way of reminding people about your auction and when it takes place. With a Facebook event, people who are interested will automatically be reminded of your auction when the day comes.
You and your livestock agent may be added as co-hosts linking the event to each of your Facebook pages. Invite your Facebook friends to see who will be attending!
Digital Ad Campaigns
Digital ad campaigns are more in-depth than boosted posts. As a paid advertisement they are targeted to a larger audience and allow for greater customisation. A report is also generated where you can see how the ad campaign performed. These campaigns are not only good for your brand’s awareness but can potentially reach new buyers from all over South Africa and even abroad.
The Platinum package provides you with a 1-week digital ad campaign with the option to continue running the campaign for only R350 per extension.
Promotional Emails
These are emails that promote your auction to thousands of people on our mailing lists.
Each auction will be promoted to a customised audience chosen for your specific auction depending on the type of auction and breed/s available.
Standard emails may contain general info, registration instructions and the promotion of specific lots chosen by you or your agent. Depending on your package, you will have the opportunity to personalise one or two of the emails to your exact specifications.
WhatsApp Messages
We create a WhatsApp invite template in Afrikaans and English that can be used by you and your Livestock Agent to send to your contacts. Invite potential buyers to your auction with a visually appealing layout while providing relevant auction information and details on how to register for the auction.
WhatsApp is a way of communication that everyone uses, so having your auction marketed on this platform is beneficial.
